Accessibility – Operating Procedure of the Pediatric Policlinic (Emergencies and appointments) (EN)

The Policlinic is open 7 days a week, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Without appointment:

  • Traumatological and surgical emergencies: fractures, sprains, injuries, burns, etc.
  • Ophthalmological emergencies: eye injuries, foreign bodies in the eye, sudden vision loss, etc. (exception: conjunctivitis requires an appointment.)
  • Psychiatric emergencies: children aged 13 to under 15 years.

By Appointment Only (except in severe emergencies):

  • Medical complaints: colds, coughs, fever, conjunctivitis, etc

This operating procedure ensures better workflow organisation and reduces the risk of contagion while patients wait.

A wide range of appointments is available and can be booked as long as there are slots remaining for the same day. Availability is updated throughout the day. Visit our website: www.hopitauxschuman.lu, on the homepage under the “RDV policlinique pédiatrique” section.

Access to the department is via the main entrance of Clinique Bohler, with a mandatory stop at reception for registration before entering the Policlinic.
